This Refund Policy explains how Themecloset handles refunds for Themecloset memberships, platform purchases, and seller-operated storefront memberships.

Themecloset Membership Subscriptions

Themecloset paid plans are recurring memberships billed monthly or yearly, depending on the option you choose at checkout.

  • You can cancel your Themecloset subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page.
  • If your latest subscription charge is still within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase or most recent renewal, cancellation may end access immediately and trigger a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After the 7-day window expires, cancellation stops future renewals but your paid access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • To prevent abuse, each Themecloset account is limited to two automated subscription refunds during the lifetime of the account, except where a billing error, service failure, or applicable law requires additional relief.

Seller Storefront Memberships And Buyer Purchases

Themecloset provides the platform for seller storefronts, but the seller remains responsible for the refund terms shown on their own storefront for memberships, digital products, and physical products.

  • Storefront membership refunds, prorated refunds, and cancellation windows are controlled by the seller's published terms.
  • If a seller's own Themecloset subscription becomes inactive, Themecloset may pause affected buyer memberships, preserve remaining paid time when possible, and surface a refund workflow when the seller's configuration or platform rules allow it.

Non-Refundable Platform Products

Delivered digital products such as templates, add-ons, tracking credits, custom setup work, and similar one-time platform purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

  • If a verified technical defect prevents use of a purchased digital item, contact support and we will review the issue for repair, replacement, credit, or refund when appropriate.

Billing Errors And Exceptional Cases

Themecloset may approve a refund, full or partial credit, or another reasonable remedy in situations including the following.

  • Duplicate charges for the same membership or purchase.
  • A confirmed billing mistake.
  • A verified platform outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that prevents access to paid features.
  • Any refund that is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

How To Cancel Or Request Help

To cancel a Themecloset membership or request billing help, use one of the following methods.

  • Open Dashboard > Billing to cancel your Themecloset plan.
  • Contact support@themecloset.com with your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request.

Themecloset normally responds to refund or billing requests within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the charge.

  • After a refund is approved or processed, banks and card issuers may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit on the statement.

Themecloset may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
