Overview

Your subscription controls access to premium features, hosting-related capabilities, and any plan-based builder limits tied to your account or site.

What your subscription covers

  • Access to your current plan features.
  • Billing on the selected cycle, such as monthly or yearly.
  • Ongoing access until the current paid period ends.

Managing your subscription

  • Open your account or billing area from the dashboard.
  • Review your active plan, renewal timing, and payment method.
  • Update billing details before renewal if your card has changed.

Renewals and billing timing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled before the renewal date. If a renewal payment fails, your account may enter a grace or limited-access state depending on your plan rules.

Canceling a subscription

Canceling stops future renewals. In most cases, you keep access through the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that date.

  • Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Keep a record of the cancellation confirmation for reference.

Upgrading or downgrading

When switching plans, billing behavior may depend on the plan type and timing of the change. If there is prorating or immediate billing, it will be shown during checkout.

What happens if billing fails

  • Check that your payment method is valid and has not expired.
  • Retry the payment after updating billing details.
  • If the issue continues, contact support with the date and last four digits of the card used.
