We all know Google Font provides the best fonts, and it's FREE! You may install it without coding, but migrating it with your Tumblr blog is another headache. Going all the way through coding process is such a hassle too, and the worst of all you will need to install a font family on your blog every time you change it. This takes too long. Well. If you agree, you need this.
Easy Google Font: Installation
Place this code anywhere in your theme code, but preferably before </head> or </body>. If you are not sure where to put this code, you may want to read our "Where's my customize page?" article. After you install this code, don't forget to update & save it.
<meta name="text:Title Google Font" content="Georgia">
<meta name="select:Title Google Font Weight" content="Normal" value="400">
<meta name="select:Title Google Font Weight" content="Bold" value="600">
<meta name="select:Title Google Font Weight" content="Light" value="300">
<meta name="select:Title Google Font Weight" content="Ultralight" value="100">

Choosing your font
Google has lots of font families – when we say lots, it's A LOT. Feel free to dig into their website. When you find the font you'd like to use it for your blog, pick the name, and type in your theme setting to make this plugin work. It's not case-sensitive. Any font you'd type shall work.
Font Weight option
You may want to use different font styles of your favorite font such as 'Font weight'. This plugin has it all! You can choose it from your customize page. Currently, this option supports 'Normal' (500), 'Bold' (600), 'Light' (300), 'Ultralight' (100). Some fonts may not have all these font styles. You may want to test it out before using this option.
Things to remember:
What this does, what this does not.
- Easy google font will override your theme setting. Your theme's font option will no longer work when you install it. You can temporarily disable it by leaving the 'Title Google Font' input blank.
- We still recommend you to try migrating Google Font manually if you care about your blog performance.
- You can't use the fonts that are not listed on Google Fonts.
